The big top tent jacket is made from 1950s 10oz. long staple cotton twill which was yarn dyed and woven into variating red and baby blue 1” stripes lined with soft yellow ticking stripes.
Keeping the textile’s mid weight nature in mind, this piece was designed around the idea of layering. It's full enough to wear a sweater underneath without discomfort or can be worn over a t-shirt.
This jacket is a swing silhouette with 3 patch pockets in the sole of a chore jacket. Think a full, voluminous hemmed chore jacket.
