Tough meets soft. The Muscle Ruffle Tank is made from cream jersey cotton with a ribbed collar. The tank itself is cropped with two rows of ivory Italian organza ruffle placed just above the hem which extend beyond. The ruffle hems are finished with a rigid 1/4” bias tape allowing it to sit away from the body for exaggerated volume. Dress up or dress down. She can really do both.
Clean finished interior with 4 thread overlock and bias tape
Dry clean or hand wash
