Tough meets soft. The Muscle Ruffle Tank is made from black garment washed (faded to grey) jersey cotton with a ribbed collar. The tank itself is cropped with a black Italian organza ruffle placed just above the hem which extends beyond. The ruffle hem is finished with a rigid 1/4” bias tape allowing it to sit away from the body for exaggerated volume. Dress up or dress down. She can really do both.
Clean finished interior with 4 thread overlock and bias tape
Dry clean or hand wash
