These shorts are made from black polka dotted chiffon. They have a slightly more narrow leg and a longer front rise. They feature an opposing white with black polka dot chiffon peplum that is sewn into the waist. The peplum can be left out, or tucked inside to give the illusion of a tucked-in shirt hem.
