These shorts are made from black Italian organza and are embellished with hand crafted chiffon flowers. They were designed and constructed with classic tailoring in mind. They have a fitted waist with double pleats that open to a very wide leg. The bottom hem is finished with bias binding to keep the leg opening full and structured.
