1880s Overshot Blanket Pant

Hand loomed and pieced overshot blanket from the 1880s. 

woven with cotton and wool yarns and naturally dyed using spices and berries.

these are a bulky and heavy pant due to the natural textile. Some areas are worn, exposed the underlying weave. This textile is a beautiful piece of history.
