with this whole capsule, I've put myself in the position of creating my own textiles; labors of love.
a lot of hand stitching and creating my own things that I want to buy but can't find. with a super-saturated market of people buying vintage textiles and making clothes, I've found myself wanting to expand on that. I've been doing a lot of hand embroidery, hand cutting/applique, sashiko, etc...then cutting my own work up. Sure, it takes longer but it almost makes it more worth it.
**each circle took 20 minutes to hand stitch on the shirt. Not complaining but now I fully understand the love that has gone into the making of these old textiles. There are 18 of them.
